A deliciously creamy baked camembert topped with warm, honey & balsamic soaked berries & candied walnuts... Delectable food at it's finest!
|Muscovado sugar||0.5 cup||~64 g|
|Butter||2 łyżki stołowe||~36 g|
|Walnuts||1 cup||~128 g|
|Blueberriesblackberries||1 cup||~128 g|
|Honey||0.33 cup||~42 g|
|Balsamic vinegar||2 łyżki stołowe||~36 g|
Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
Sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar on top of the cheese wheel and place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes until the sugar has melted and caramelized.
In the mean time, place the butter in a pan and on a low heat, allow to melt before adding the remaining sugar and walnuts.
Stir together for approximately 3-4 minutes, allowing for the sugar to melt and the walnuts to be fully coated. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.
In a seperate pan, add the honey and vinegar and allow to heat before carefully folding in the berries. Set aside.
Remove the camembert from the oven, pour over the candied walnuts before adding the honey and balsamic glazed berries.
